Petra: a rose-red city, half as old as time

The famous "Khazneh" or "Treasury", the most photographed monument in Jordan! It is reached at the end of the "Siq", a narrow canyon nearly a mile long and up to 500m deep. Known to the entire world nowadays as "The Temple of the Holy Grail" in the film "Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade".

Dr. Rafa E. AL-QUTAISH

 

Since Sept. 2008, Dr. Al-Qutaish is an assistant professor of Software Engineering at Al-Zaytoonah University of Jordan. He has a Ph.D. degree in Software Engineering in 2007 from the Department of Software Engineering and IT at the École de technologie Supérieure (ÉTS) - University of Québce in Canada. Also, he has M.Sc. degree in Software Engineering in 1998 from Putra University in Malaysia, and B.Sc. degree in Computer Science in 1993 from Yarmouk University in Jordan.

 

Dr. Al-Qutaish is a senior member of the IEEE & IEEE-CS, and an active member of the ACM & ASQ.
